Party Size & Entertainers

One entertainer can host parties for up to 30 children. For larger groups, a second entertainer is required to ensure all children remain involved and supported throughout the party.

Party Time Slots

We offer two party slots on weekends:

• Morning: 11:00 – 13:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 – 17:00

We are unable to offer bookings between 13:00 and 15:00 due to travel and setup between events.

How much space do you need for a home Alice in Wonderland party?

For home parties, we recommend enough clear floor space for the children to sit in a semi-circle and take part in games. Our Bronze package uses a compact setup designed specifically for living rooms and works best for up to 15 children.

How many children can one entertainer manage?

One character entertainer can host parties for up to 30 children. For larger groups, a second entertainer is required to ensure all children stay involved and supported throughout the party.

What ages are Alice in Wonderland parties suitable for?

Our Alice in Wonderland parties are suitable for children aged 3–8 years. We tailor the pace, games and interaction level depending on the age group and package booked.

Do you provide everything for the party?

Yes. All parties include entertainment, music, lighting, games and prizes. You only need to provide the venue, food and party bags.

Can I choose Alice or the Mad Hatter?

Yes. You can choose either Alice or the Mad Hatter as your main character, subject to availability. Additional characters can be added if you’d like to expand the experience.
