COVID-19

As the pandemic rumbles on we are doing our best to continue as usual and to carry on making dreams come true in the safest way possible. 

We are of course offering flexible bookings this means: 

1. If New Lockdown Laws are put in place
   If the Government decide that parties cannot go ahead we are offering a full refund on any booking fees paid, a reschedule or moving to an online booking whether that’s a live video call, pre recorded character video or virtual party.
2. If you or someone in your household tests positive for Covid
   We are offering a full refund on any booking fees paid, a reschedule or moving to an online booking whether that’s a live video call, pre recorded character video or virtual party.
3. If our entertainer is unable to perform at your party due to testing positive for Covid 
   Every effort will be made to offer a suitable replacement.  Cancelling entertainment is our very last resort but please understand that if our entertainer is positive for Covid they will be unable to perform under any circumstances.  If we cannot find an alternative your booking fee will be refunded in full.

We would also like to address some concerns that you may have: 

1. When can I reschedule?  
   You can reschedule whenever you want – if the date has to be moved again that is no problem.  There is no limitation on when you need to rebook by. 
2. What steps are being taken by Absolutely Amazing Parties to prevent the spread of Covid 19?
   We are following current Government Guidance, in addition we are restricting the use of shared microphones, encouraging regular handwashing, sanitising of equipment and doing regular Lateral Flow Tests.  Entertainers are also monitoring their own health.
