The options were clearly laid out on the website, the range of entertainers/themes was great and had exactly what we wanted (Barbie) and the rates were comparable to others we had seen. The booking process was easy and the correspondence before the party was very good from both the company and the specific entertainer, Amy. We felt very confident leading up to the party that everything was covered, we knew what we did/didn't need to provide and what to expect during the party. Amy was very friendly and professional and was very considerate about staying incognito so as not to ruin the image while the kids were around before and after the party. She completely owned the party which meant we could witness our daughter and friends enjoying themselves rather than miss everything due to having to host and entertain. The birthday girl had a fantastic time, as did all the other children, and we received lots of good feedback and comments from the other parents. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. They are both so kind but very professional. They kept the party children entertained very well and even managed to get the parents to dance! Emily reacted and adapted the coronation so well when my daughter was overwhelmed towards the end and her kindness to my son with profound autism and the inclusive manner she adopted made me just love her even more. Our children’s walkabout characters are available for hire at any time. However, it’s important to note that key dates such as Easter, Halloween, and Christmas tend to fill up quickly.
