Led by an experienced children’s entertainer dressed as a much-loved Encanto character, these parties are lively, interactive and designed to keep children engaged from the moment we arrive.

Our Encanto parties are ideal for children aged 3–9 and are available across Nottingham and the East Midlands, including Derby, Leicester, Mansfield and surrounding areas.

What to Expect from an Encanto Party

Our Encanto parties are fully hosted and structured, so you don’t need to plan games, organise activities or manage the group. Your entertainer takes care of everything, keeping the party flowing at the right pace and making sure all children feel included.

Each party includes:

• A professional entertainer in Encanto-inspired costume

• Music and dancing suitable for the age group

• Gold – 2 hour party with one entertainer
• Silver – 90 minute party with one entertainer
• Bronze – 1 hour mini party

Party Times:
We offer two daily booking slots:

• 11:00 – 13:00
• 15:00 – 17:00

While we can consider earlier starts and later finishes, mid-day bookings (13:00 – 15:00) are unavailable. This period is reserved for packing down, travel, and setting up for our next Children’s Party.

Travel:
Free travel within 20 miles of NG5 (Nottingham). Beyond this, travel is charged at 49 pence per mile each way. Distances exceeding 20 miles are assessed individually, considering factors like other party bookings and location. While unlikely, we may consider travel over 40 miles – feel free to Enquire!
