Hi Jayne, Your guys were great on Saturday, really professional and such a delight to meet.  Spiderman was a huge hit and with Wonder Woman, they had the kids gathered around them.The younger girls loved having Elsa and Anna around – they were following them around the field and chatting away. A brilliant success ? Once I have decided our theme for next year, I will be in touch. Please pass on my thanks to everyone. 

Hi Jayne, Yes thank you Tom and Adam were fantastic. They really went above and beyond. They arrived early, showed up with everything they needed, really got the crowd going and were excellent at improvising when things did not quite go to plan on our side…(nothing major). Many other people commented on how good they were too.

Hi Jayne, Some feedback on Elsa and Spider Man…They arrived well before schedule, giving themselves plenty of time to assess the area and get changed etc. They set up the equipment discreetly and got the attention of the kids before starting, so no one would miss anything. The actual show part was brilliant; initially it’s hard to see how Elsa and Spider Man can work together, but the interaction between the two was fun and amused the kids. Elsa’s singing was excellent, as was Spider Man’s stunts. And it was great having the kids dance along with them. We then took photos of the actors with the kids, so the kids had keepsakes of the performance.I can’t praise the actors enough, they were the highlight of our Fun Day. We will be using your Company at our future events thanks to them.

Dear all at the Great Central Railway. I would like to take the opportunity of thanking your members of your staff and volunteers involved in the Villain’s and Superheroes event.  Despite the awful weather today my three grandchildren (4 – 7) loved every moment of their day at the railway.  It was a fantastic experience for them and  “grumpy granddad” was delighted to see the look on their faces as Spider Man made his away through the carriage by way of the overhead luggage racks!   My eldest granddaughter Poppy was blown away to meet and speak to her namesake and favourite Troll character.  Indeed, all of your characters played their part to the full and engaged with all of the children on board in a fun way.  Guess they will want to go again next year! Many thanks for a wonderful day.

Just a note to thank you both for yesterday, you were fantastic.  The families and staff have passed on some lovely comments, one of which said ‘you were the best singing princess they had seen and what a brilliant pirate.

We booked the Frozen characters for Wednesbury Christmas Lights switch on last November and they were amazing. They performed songs from Frozen, assisted the Mayor turning the lights on, did walk arounds, judged a costume competition and never stopped working, smiling and entertaining. Without a doubt this was the year that the crowds stayed the longest. Well worth booking, very professional. Will definitely book again!

All the team were absolutely wonderful, they worked hard all day and were a huge hit with the kids. Its was a shame the weather affected the turn out but those who were there loved you all! It is like having Disney come to your event – amazing!

Just a note to say how very good the Superheroe’s team were this morning.  They did a superb job on the platform and through the train.  I have to say this tean give the visitors and their children an excellent service throughout the day – so much better value than a mascot which really is just a photocall.
