Princess Ballet Party

Our Princess Ballet Parties are designed to bring ballet and party fun together, led by a professional ballerina host. Depending on the length of your party, here’s what’s included:

• Ballerina Princess Host – A costumed host to run the party and lead the activities.
• Music – Disney favourites and your child’s chosen tunes.
• Dance – A short live performance plus a simple ballet workshop for the children to join in.
• Games & Fun – Princess-themed games with prizes and sweets, plus bubbles for everyone to enjoy.

Special Extras

• For 2-hour parties: eco-friendly pass the parcel, a Princess Tea Party with the host, and extra time for games.
• For the birthday child: a red carpet coronation, tiara to keep, certificate and gift.
• Cake Time – The Princess will help present the cake (provided by the host) and lead the singing.
• Farewell – The Princess will hand out party bags (provided by the host).
  Photos – Time for pictures with the Ballerina Princess before the party ends.

• Royal Arrival: Your Ballerina Princess arrives approximately 30 minutes before the party starts, ensuring everything is set up for a royal celebration.
• All-Inclusive Entertainment: Your Ballerina Princess comes prepared with everything needed for a magical experience. No need for additional services; the Princess takes charge of the entire party, ensuring non-stop entertainment.
• Music, Games, and Dancing: Immerse in the enchantment with princess-themed games, dancing, and music. Party favourites like Princess Freeze are included, ensuring every moment is filled with fun.
• Royal Chat: During the 2-hour party, if your Ballerina Princess is present during the break for food (at the 1-hour point), she’ll sit down with your royal guests for an informal chat about life at the Palace, adding a personal touch to the celebration
• Guest Capacity: Your Ballerina Princess can cater to up to 30 guests, making the party intimate and memorable. For larger gatherings you must have an additional entertainer, with the freedom to choose from ANY of our characters, subject to availability.

Important Information:

Party Schedule: We offer two convenient booking slots each day:

• 11:00 – 13:00
• 15:00 – 17:00

While we are open to earlier starts and later finishes, please note that we cannot accommodate party bookings in the middle of the day (between 13:00 and 15:00) as we utilise this time for packing down, travelling, and setting up for our next Children’s Party.

Travel Details:
Enjoy complimentary travel within 20 miles of NG5 (Nottingham). For distances beyond this radius, a travel fee of 49 pence per mile each way applies. Travel over 20 miles is evaluated on an individual basis, considering factors such as other party bookings on that day and their locations, which may impact the entertainer’s ability to reach your event. While it’s unlikely, we may consider travel over 40 miles, so feel free to enquire.
