LIMITED TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT AS WE HAVE REDUCED VISITOR NUMBERS TO ENSURE EVERYBODY FEELS AS SAFE & SPACIOUS AS POSSIBLE COMING OUT OF THE COVID 19 LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS.

When is it open?
The Eats and Beats with Little Feet festival is our family fun festival for one day only, running from 9:30am until 6pm. However to keep the number of visitors to a restricted amount at one time and to ensure Covid 19 safety measures are fully met, we are splitting the festival into two time slots over the day.
The first festival time slot will be 9:30am – 1:30pm and the second festival time slot will be 2:00pm – 6:00pm. One purchased ticket will only give you access to one chosen time slot, if you wish to attend both time slots you will need to pay for two tickets, one for each time slot.
Following the Eats & Beats with Little Feet festival, we have a separate evening Comedy Festival from 7pm – 11pm. Tickets can be purchased for this separately. This festival is for those who are 16+ only.

Car parking is limited and must be booked in advance when purchasing your ticket and a charge of £4.50.

We have made the Eats & Beat event as accessible as possible however the ground is not completely flat as is the nature of a woodland. Accessible toilet facilities are provided. The bar, street food vendors and seating areas are all outside. Please contact us if you have any specific concerns.

Yes, the family fun festival welcomes babies, toddlers and children. Please be aware that alcohol will be on sale at the on site bar. Children under 2 go free.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed; however, they must be kept on a lead at all times and not allowed to eat any wild vegetation in the woodland. Please also ensure you clean up after your dog.

There will be security on the door and actively monitoring the site for the safety of customers.
What are the group sizes allowed?
Bookings should be made within the parameters of the government guidance at the time of the event.

You may want to bring a blanket to sit on the grass – for comfort or picnic. There will be picnic tables/benches and hay bails available but these will be on a first come first serve basis.
As you will be outside, you won’t need to wear a mask but may want to wear one when visiting the bar and/or facilities.
We also advise that you keep a bottle of hand sanitiser on your person, although hand sanitisers will be positioned throughout the site.
As you’re in the woodland, if you’re prone to insect bites, bring some spray for your skin so you can enjoy your time without worrying about bites.
Prepare for the weather, come rain or shine.

Tickets are £6.50 per child – under 14 years old. Tickets are £10 per adult 14+ years. Under 2’s go free.

Tickets and car parking MUST be purchased in advance. Tickets will be on sale until the point they sell out.

We will have a selection of street food traders with something for all tastes. Meat, savouries, sweets, ice creams, veggie, vegan and gluten free options are all available.

We will have 2 bars on site serving a selection of local beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks.

We are taking a number of steps to ensure that this pop-up event is safe for customers and colleagues. Here’s the summary:
