Rainbows Hospice Fund Raising Event

Batman, Elsa, Anna and Spider Man at Rainbows HospiceWe’ve been very busy at Absolutely Amazing Parties HQ, but we are also having so much fun! Just a couple of weeks ago our brand new ‘Cinderella’ dress arrived, and I have to admit that we have all fallen in love with it. Its absolutely gorgeous, a big dazzling pale blue ball gown, with stunning detail and beautiful long gloves to match. It’s a huge dress, with a corset down the back, the ultimate Princess costume! Jayne is going to be wearing it this weekend for its first of many parties! We can’t wait to show you how beautiful it looks!

In other news this last weekend, Princess Shona, Myself (Princess Charlotte), Adam & Craig all went to Leicestershire for the Rainbows Hospice fundraising event! We attended the event as Queen Elsa, Princess Anna, Spider Man, Batman & Olaf and we had so much fun! It was a truly rewarding event, and we were happy to hear lots of money was being raised for such a good cause. We did two Live Frozen Shows that we usually perform at Twinlakes theme park, and were happy to see lots of smiling faces singing and even dancing along! We even got our faces painted at the event!

Craig Canning who plays Spider Man could be found with his new friend ‘Chip the dog’ who he grown quite attached to during our stay at Watermead park, and Adam Guest who played Batman and Olaf could be found posing for photographs with not just the children – but the adults too! Who were all unleashing the secret superhero inside them! Most of the people attending did either a 1K, 3K or 10K walk for the cause. We all stood at the finish line greeting them as they came back, presenting them with cuddles, water and medals! When we wasn’t doing this, we all spent lots of time on the bouncy castles, which encouraged lots of the children to come and join in! Spider Man was even doing flips on top of the big bouncy castle slide!

We had lots of fun, and found it so rewarding. One of my favourite parts was when we performed the ‘superman’ song by Black Lace to the crowd, and they all joined in! Victoria who organised the event deserved a round of applause all on her own, it was magical and fun for everyone who attended and helped to raise money for young people and children with the Rainbows Hospice.

Finally we are also very excited to have Captain Hook joining Tinkerbell for a swashbuckling Neverland adventure at a birthday party later in august! We’ve been gathering new props and a fantastic Captain Hook costume for the event! Which also leads onto the fact that our ‘Pirate Party Package’ is also looking to be pretty darn awesome! We have been putting our heads together at HQ to come up with the best pirate games and adventures your children could wish to have at a party, so stayed tuned for more information on the pirate and superhero birthday packages! Yes – please remember, we have the crime fighters Batman and Spider Man ready to entertain at your children’s birthdays too! In fact, if we want to let out all the secrets – we even have a ‘Minion Party’ on the horizon…

So as you can see, there’s plenty of fun to be had with the Absolutely Amazing Parties team, and we can’t wait to have a fun filled summer of magic, fun and laughter! See you there!
